Redevelopment efforts

Sleiman Enterprises has invested more than $1.5 million on these designs and plans. Since the city of Jacksonville owns the land, redevelopment plans must be approved and supported by the city. Yet, every effort by Sleiman Enterprises to redevelop the Landing has been stopped by the city.
