Redevelopment efforts

Sleiman Enterprises invested nearly $2 million on redevelopment proposals and plans below. Since 2003, every effort put forward by Sleiman Enterprises to redevelop The Landing has been blocked by the city of Jacksonville. As a “public-private partnership,” redevelopment plans must be approved by the city.
